Shipping Methods & Charges
We ship to all locations within Bangladesh via reputed courier services (e.g., Sundarban, SA Paribahan, Pathao, RedX, etc.).
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free shipping is available on selected products or orders above [insert amount, e.g., ৳10,000] (please check product pages for offers).
Estimated Delivery Time
- Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days
- Outside Dhaka: 3–7 business days
- Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, bad weather, or courier service
- delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
We ship from Sunday to Thursday. Orders placed on Fridays or Saturdays will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order directly with the courier.
Delivery Conditions
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.
If the customer is unavailable, the courier may leave a note or attempt redelivery.
In case of failed delivery attempts, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund.
